curd 2-3 tbsp
maida/ all purpose flour 3-4 tsp
capsicum finely chopped 1 tbsp
fresh coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp

paneer 1/2 cup crumbled well
oil for frying
crumble bread, add curd, mix well, keep aside for 5 minutes till curd is well absorbed
mix rest of the ingredients well, except oil, then add the bread, mix well, if it is too sticky, add little more flour, as you'ld be able to roll it into small balls. then deep fry in hot oil till brown.
for sauce
tomato puree 2 tbsp
sugar 2 tbsp
tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
salt to taste
soya sauce 1 tsp
vinegar 1 tbsp
in a frying pan, add tomato puree, sugar mix well, once sugar melts, add ketchup, salt, soya sauce, vinegar, let it come to a boil, remove
pour over the fried paneer balls, serve hot
to serve- what you can do is in a toothpick, put a small piece of capsicum, paneer, tomato, then prick each ball like that, so it is easy for people to just pick the toothpick & savour the delicious paneer balls with sauce.
