CHEESY SEV

INGREDIENTS

rice flour   100 gm
besan  50 gm
cheese spread  50 gm
corn flour    2 tbsp
salt to taste
pudina/ mint powder  2 tsp
ghee/ clarified butter   2 tbsp
oil for frying
water to knead

METHOD
in a big bowl, mix the dry ingredients well, add ghee, cheese spread, mix well, then add water to make a soft dough
grease the sev mould, fill it with dough, over hot oil, make round, be careful, as the hot oil fumes may burn you those who aren't used to it, so do it from a height, or slightly lower the flame & do it
turn it once the bubble in the oil stops, fry till light brown
drain well on kitchen towel, store in airtight containers
to serve you may spread while it is still hot some chaat masala on top
this will last at least for a week, this goes well with  high tea/ coffee
