Ingredients
for chocolate brownie mug cake:
6 tbsp maida / plain flour / all purpose flour / refined flour
4 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp powdered sugar / icing sugar
½ tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
5 tbsp oil
6 tbsp full cream milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp walnuts finely chopped
few pieces of chocolate
1 scoop pf Vanilla ice-cream for serving
½ tsp sugar crystals
Preparations
Take maida, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, baking powder and salt.
mix well. Add oil, milk and vanilla extract.
mix well and transfer into a mug.
add in chopped chocolate and walnuts and sugar crystals
mix gently and microwave for 2 mins.
finally, garnish serve immediately.
