Ingredients
spinach chopped1 cup
boiled corn 1/2 cup
butter 1 tbsp
flour 1 tbsp
milk 1 cup
bread slices 4
salt n pepper to taste
Method
heat butter in a pan, add flour fry well for a minute, slowly add milk whisking to make a thick sauce.
add spinach, corn ,salt n pepper mix well, cook until creamy
spread the mixture one one side of the bread, cover with another slice
toast / grill until golden brown and serve warm with ketchup/ mint chutney
