Ingredients
red dragon fruit 1/2
white dragon fruit 1/2
kiwi 2 cut into halves
banana 1 cut into pieces
Dressing
olive oil 1 tbsp
orange juice 2 tbsp
salt little
pepper pdr little
mixed seeds 2 tbsp +
mint leaves 4-5 cut into pieces
blue berries chopped 1 tbsp
cranberries fresh chopped 1 tbsp
Method
with a small ice-cream scoop, scoop out roundels of the fruits- dragon and kiwi, put in a bowl
add chopped banana
for the seasoning, whisk all the ingredients well, pour over the salad mix well
you may serve in the cut shell/ skin of the dragon fruit, the nice salad.
drizzle some honey on top and sprinkle some nuts on top.
