INGREDIENTS
breads toasted on one side well as needed
cheese grated 1 cup
thick white sauce 1 1/2 cup
onion finely chopped 2 tbsp
capsicum finely chopped 2 tbsp
green chillies finely chopped 2 tsp
butter 1 bsp
coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp
salt and pepper pdr to taste
mix all the above ingredients well in a bowl
spread this mixture well on the toasted side of the bread
grill in an oven at 180 deg. C for 5 minutes
cut into strips and serve hot with sauce/ ketchup
