Wash the potato well. Make a cut all around the potato, not too deep. Put it in a pot to cook along with enough water, once cooked, drain, put it in a bowl. You can see the cut, turn around to peel that half of the potato, turn around and pull the other half of the peel, Voila ! How easy to peel a potato.
