Avocado Ice Cream

 

 Ingredients: 

1 can of coconut milk 

1 tbsp. coconut oil 

1/4 cup maple syrup/honey/agava nectar 

1 avocado 

1 tbsp vanilla extract 

2 cups ice cubes 

Blend all the ingredients, then place in the freezer for about an hour.

You can add some chopped nuts before freezing if you prefer.

Avocado Ice-cream

There can be nothing more nutritious than this ice-cream, home-made, healthy, simple, minimum ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

avocado 1 roughly chopped ( save the skin to freeze ice-cream

sugar 2 tbsp

tender coconut cream 1/2 cup

In the mixer jar whip together all the above ingredients till smooth.

Scoop it in one half of the avocado heaped, cover with the other half, keep it in a bowl to freeze for 4-5 hours.
