crochet trivets

Ring trivet, my first attempt, hasn't come out as expected.

8 sided trivet, smaller version of what I had made earlier, but this is my own, joined with the different motif in the centre. This is for my daughter.

crochet trivet

.

this is my own design of smaller trivet with just 8 petals

the basic trivet design isn't mine, but the idea of making it by joining them is mine, it took a great deal of thought as to how to join them, as each had 10 petals & I had one trivet for the centre, made with slightly different combination of colours & 6 of same combo. My daughter-in-law wanted me to use all of them. So, it was a challenge, as to join them after great deal of thought, then it was hung in their dining area.

Crochet Purse

This is a small crochet purse with a small flap, with a handle to carry on my shoulder. This is made with multi-coloured cotton thread, using single crochet, half double crochet & slip stitch. So, I got like a cross stitch pattern, sorry which isn't quite visible, as I'm a poor photographer !

crochet purse

I made this small crochet purse in 2 days, not that I get time to do it continuously.
This purse measures 8/ 5 1/2". As i wanted to make use of the thick thread that was left, but then I found that it wasn't enough to complete the purse as long as I wanted it, so added white thread, rather used 2 strands f it to continue & finish it. Then made the sides & the handle in dc. This is big enough to hold my specs, cell, small change purse & keys !

Those who want the design may mail me.

This crochet doily is my own design, this is for my niece.

For
this bag dispenser I got the idea from a site, but changed it, right from the no. of stitches, how many times I increased etc, the length. It can hold a lot of plastic bags, which I can pull one at a time from down !

My little doily

This is my own idea, hope it looks good

crochet scarf with button

this scarf was made specially for my daughter-in-law. It was finished in less than 3 hours, made with single & double crochet & in between for the button to put, there is no hole, so made a few lines with double crochet, so the gap is big enough to put to button it ! This will keep the neck warm.
