- 1 tsp crushed fennel seeds / saunf
- Handful of fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups water
Boil the crushed fennel seeds in the water for three to four minutes. Remove from heat, add the mint leaves and let them steep for five minutes. Strain and enjoy warm, at room temperature or chilled.
