Sprouted moong chaat

Ingredients 

1.5 cups sprouted moong

1/2 cup cucumber, finely chopped

1 cup tomato, finely chopped

1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp fresh coriander

1/2 tsp rock salt

How to make it:

Mix sprouted moong, cucumber, tomato, fresh ginger, lemon juice and coriander in a bowl, toss well with rock salt and serve.
