Ingredients
1½ cups water
1-inch ginger, sliced
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp honey (optional)
How to make it:
Boil the ginger in water for 5–10 minutes. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and honey, if desired. Serve warm or let it cool over ice.
