CORN SHORBA

INGREDIENTS

butter  1 tbsp
onion   1/4 cup
corn 1/4 cup
chilli pdr to taste
pepper pdr. to taste
salt to taste
bay leaf  1
cinnamon 1"
cardamom 2
cloves  2

METHOD
heat butter, add bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, once nice aroma comes
add onion, wee bit of salt, fry on low flame till light pink
add corn, chilli pdr., salt, little water, cover & cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
cool, then remove bay leaf, then blend the rest in a mixie
then boil it again for 2 minutes
serve hot garnish with little cream & a small sprig of coriander leaf.
