BAKED COTTAGE CHEESE/CHANNA WITH RASGULLA !

INGREDIENTS

rasgulla 8-10 ( depending on the size of your baking dish) squeeze out the excess syrup from them
paneer/cottage cheese/ channa  500 gm crumbled well ( if you make from cow's milk it will be soft)
jaggery/ gur/ brown sugar/ molasses  50 gm
nuts, raisins,  sugar candy  4-5 tbsp to garnish

METHOD

in a big bowl, mix well cottage cheese with jaggery/ brown sugar/molasses
divide this mixture into half
in a greased baking dish, spread half of the cottage cheese mixture down
place the rasgullas on top, so that they're well covering the paneer mixture below
spread the remaining paneer mixture on top evenly
spread nuts, raisins, sugar candy evenly on top
bake in preheated oven at 180 deg C for 15-20 minutes.
serve at once.

NOTE- you may even use gulab jamun instead of rasgulla, that also tastes good !
