INGREDIENTS
pizza base 2
olive oil 4 tbsp
chilli flakes 1 tsp or to taste
oregano crushed 1/2 tsp
mixed herbs 1/2 tsp
garlic paste 1 tsp
salt little
mix all well
apply well on the pizza base, either you may place it on the tava/ griddle on low flame for it to get well browned or you may keep it in hot oven to brown well.
then cut it into thin strips, serve with hot potato soup ( see my previous recipe)
or you can serve with any soup or even eat it plain !
