GRREN DIP

INGREDIENTS

garlic pearls  2-3
green chillies 1-2
cucumber cut 1/4 cup
lime juice 2-3 tsp
fresh coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
hung curd 2 tsp
salt to taste
cheese spread  1 tbsp
green olives chopped   1 tsp
fresh cream   2 tbsp

METHOD

in a pan, put 1/2 tsp oil, roast garlic for 2 minutes on low flame
add green chillies, roast for 1 minute
add cucumber, remove, cool, grind fine with coriander leaves, lime juice, curd, salt
remove to a bigger bowl, add cream, cheese spread, cream, mix well
add finely chopped olives, some more chopped coriander leaves

serve with fried crisp roti/ puri, bread sticks, carrot/ zucchini pieces cut long
