CAULIFLOWER SABZI

INGREDIENTS

cauliflower   1 kg
ginger   50 gms
tomatoes  500 gms sliced
turmeric pdr.  1/2 tsp
salt to taste
chilli pdr.  1 tsp or to taste
oil  2 tbsp
fresh coriander leaves  1 tbsp

METHOD

heat oil in a heavy pan, add julienned ginger & turmeric, saute well
add tomatoes, cook till they're soft
add cauliflower, cut into  pieces, salt
cover & cook till the vegetables are almost cooked
remove the lid, let it cook for few more minutes on low flame
once done, garnish with coriander leaves
serve hot with bread/ roti/ rice
