STEAMED BREAD PUDDING

INGREDIENTS
bread  8 slices
egg   1 ( optional)
milk   1 cup
sugar   1/2 cup
vanilla essence   1 tsp

METHOD
In a  bowl, crumble the bread pieces  into a fine texture.

then add in all the other ingredients to the bowl and mix well till the mixture becomes soft.

Next, keep the mixture aside for 15-20 minutes to rest.

Then place the mixture in greased mould  place it in a steamer and steam it for about 5-7 minutes.

Once steamed, remove , allow it to cool.
Serve the Steamed Bread Pudding plain/ with ice-cream/ hot chocolate sauce.
