BREAD CHAAT

INGREDIENTS
bread   8 slices
potato cooked, peeled,1 large
onion  1 finely chopped
sev   20 gm
beaten curd  1 cup
boiled chickpeas   1/2 cup
tomatoes finely chopped   2
green chillies finely chopped 2 or to taste
fresh coriander leaves finely chopped   2 tbsp
cumin pdr.   1 tsp
chilli pdr.   1/2 tsp or to taste
chaat masala   1 tsp
green chutney   1 tbsp
sweet chutney   1 tbsp
salt to taste

METHOD

use 2-3 days old bread, remove the crust & cut into round pieces, by keeping some lid/ katori
toast the slices till crisp.
spread 3 tsp of beaten curd on each slice & place it in a serving bowl, wait for 15 minutes
spread crumbled potatoes, sprinkle some chilli pdr., cumin pdr., chaat masala & salt
spread warm chickpeas on it, then spread green chutney, followed by sweet chutney
add chopped onion, tomatoes, green chilli
top with sev, serve at once.
