INGREDIENTS
onion 1/2 cup roughly chopped
potato 1 cup roughly chopped
salt to taste
pepper pdr to taste
butter 1 tbsp
carrot grated big few for garnishing
water as needed
METHOD
in a cooker, melt butter, add onion, fry little
add potatoes, about 1 cup water, salt , mix well
pressure cook for 2 whistles
once cooker cools down, cool the contents, then mash well with masher
then blend in a mixie well, boil again, check for seasoning, you may add 1/2 tsp of oregano crushed
boil well for 2 minutes, adding water if needed, depending on how think you like
serve garnishing with carrot , sprig of coriander leaf.
