PEAS-POTATO TIKKI/ CUTLETS

INGREDIENTS
boiled green peas   1 cup well mashed
potatoes boiled & mashed    1 cup
mint leaves chopped fine   3 tbsp
garam masala   1 tsp
green chillies  2-3 finely chopped or use chilli pdr. to taste
oil   2 tbsp
Bread crumbs    3/4 cup
salt to taste

METHOD
Preheat oven to 200 C.
you mix all the ingredients( except bread crumbs & oil) with your hand.mashing well
Divide the mixture into 10-12 portions and shape as desired. 
Roll the tikkis on the bread crumbs and place them on a greased baking tray.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until the tikkis have turned crisp, golden and have started browning( turn them around once in between) you may have to keep a watch, as time varies from oven to oven.
Remove  and serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
