INGREDIENTS
normal rice 1 cup
red chillies 4-6
ginger 1"
coconut grated 1/4 cup
salt to taste
tamarind 2 tsp
oil as needed
METHOD
wash & soak rice along with chillies for an hour
then grind all the ingredients together except oil
add water if the batter is too thick
in a heavy tawa/ griddle/ non-stick tawa, smear oil, once hot, make thin dosa, fry till crisp on both sides
serve at once, as this can be eaten plain.
NOTE- this dosa has to be eaten hot, if you keep, it become too crisp & dry, you won't be able to eat.
