Ingredients
orange juice put into ice trays and those cubes 5-6
sugar to taste
curd 200 gm
orange crush 2 tsp + more
water as needed
with a beater, beat well, orange ice cubes, curd well, then add sugar, orange crush, beat well, depending on the thickness needed, add water, beat well, pour into glasses, which have little orange crush about 1 tbsp down, then pour the lassi, top with some orange slices.
to place orange slices, cut each piece/ slice of orange in the centre, by which you can divide into 2, then you can remove the seeds easily to serve. add a mint leaf to give colour. you can chill it well, or while beating add some ice cubes and beat
