HEALTHY DAL-CHIWDA/AVIL PANCAKE WITH TOPPING

INGREDIENTS

moong dal 1 cup washed, soaked and crushed
chiwda powdered  1/2 cup
chilli-ginger paste  1 tsp
onion finely chopped  1/2 cup
curd  2 tbsp
salt to taste
water to make thick batter with the above ingredients

topping
green moong dal parboiled 1-2 tbsp
green chillies finely chopped  1 tsp or to taste
coriander leaves chopped  1 tbsp
chilli pdr  to taste
cheese grated   3 tbsp
salt to taste
chana masala pdr  1/2 t
mix all well

Method
heat a tava, grease it, make small pancakes, smear little oil all around, sprinkle some topping, turn over once the bottom is well cooked, again put some oil, cook on medium flame till done
remove, serve hot either plain or with some chutney/ sweet and chilli sauce.

ps- this is a very healthy pancake, with lots of protein, Vitamin C, iron from chiwda/ avil.
