MASALA PANEER BREAD

INGREDIENTS

dry yeast  1 tsp
sugar  1 tsp
warm water  1/4 cup
mix all 3 & keep aside to prove

flour  1 cup
salt little
water, add yeast mixture & knead the flour to a soft dough, keep aside to prove, covered
filling
paneer crumbled  1/2 cup
amchur pdr.   1/2 tsp
chilli pdr.  1/2 tsp or to taste
garam masala pdr.  1/2 tsp
green chillies 1 tsp finely chopped
olives chopped 1-2 tbsp
sugar 1 tsp
mix all well to stuff

roll dough into a big oval shape
put sprinkle rock salt all over the dough
put the filling in the centre, sprinkle little flour on the filling, roll well, sprinkle little flour on top, seal the edges. make angular slits on the dough
keep in a greased bowl/ large plate, bake in pre-heated oven at 175 deg. C for 15-20 minutes or till the top is nice golden brown
serve hot sliced into pieces with ketchup or sweet and chilli sauce.
