cheese kababs

Ingredients

paneer 100 gm
cheese  50 gm
hung curd  3 cups
dry fruits  50 gm
dhania chopped  2 tbsp
maida  2 tbsp
salt to taste
chilli pdr. to taste
garam masala pdr. 1 tsp
ginger-garlic paste  2 tsp
bread crumbs as needed
oil for shallow frying

Method
mix paneer, cheese, hung curd well, add dry fruits, and rest of the ingredients except bread crumbs & oil.
make small kababs roll in bread crumbs, shallow fry on a pan using oil as needed till crisp on both sides. serve hot with chutney of your choice.
