Ingredients
2 coconuts -- grated
rice flour 1 kg
jaggery/ gur 1 kg
white sesame seeds/ til 1/2 cup
Method
Mix all the ingredients well
Take small lumps of the coconut mixture and roll into balls
Heat oil in a pan
Once it begins to smoke, deep fry them on medium flame
Place in a kitchen napkin to drain excess oil
