Ingredients
This recipe works best with peanuts, cashew nuts, pine nuts or almonds.
Salt to taste
Ghee/ clarified butter 1-2 tbsp depending on the quantity
Red chilli powder to taste
Lime juice 1-2 tsp or to taste
Chat masala 1/2 tsp

Method
Dry roasts the nuts separately.
In a small pan heat some ghee and add the nuts
Spice it with chilly powder, salt and chat masala and lime juice just before serving.
nuts are very healthy, if eaten in the right way, i.e., without too much of fat, or fried, in limited quantity, as they're high in calories, rich in proteins and fibre, gives a feeling of fullness.
