Chocolate- Coffee Cake

Ingredients

semi-sweet chocolate chips  3/4 cup/ 4 1/2 ounces
low-fat milk   3 tbsp
unsalted butter  2 tbsp
sugar   1 cup
eggs  3
whole-wheat flour  1 cup
all-purpose flour  1 cup
baking soda  2 tsp
chilled coffee  3/4 cup

Method

Preheat oven to 350 deg F/ 180 deg. C. 
Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips in milk over low heat; set aside.
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until well mixed. 
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. 
Add chocolate mixture; mix until thoroughly combined. 
Add both flours, baking soda, and coffee; continue beating until well combined.
Bake 22 to 25 minutes, or till a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 
Allow to cool completely then cut into squares, and serve.
