CHOCOLATE SAMOSAS

INGREDIENTS

for covering
maida  2 cups
ghee  1/2 cup
oil for frying

for filling
chocolate  of your choice, grated or broken into pieces  250 gm
nuts chopped  100 gm
fresh cream  1/2 cup

METHOD
sieve the flour, add ghee, knead to a stiff dough using water as needed
keep covered with a damp cloth till needed
mix chocolate, nuts, cream & chill the dough in the refrigerator for some time
divide the dough into equal portions & roll into small round puris, cut them into halves
fold them into cone, fill chocolate stuffing
seal the edges well with little water & refrigerate for some time before frying
heat oil, deep fry the samosas till golden brown on medium flame, drain well & serve.
