CHOCOLATE KULFIS

INGREDIENTS

milk  1/2 litre/ 500 ml
cornflour  2 tbsp
cocoa pdr.  4 tbsp
sugar  1/4 cup or to taste
chocolate pieces 2
choco chip to serve
chocolate semia to top

METHOD
in a bowl, take 1/4 litre milk, add cornflour, cocoa pdr. blend well
boil the remaining milk, lower flame once it comes to a boil, add sugar, mix well till sugar dissolves, add the chocolate pieces, once it melts, add the prepared cocoa mixture, boil till it starts to thicken
cool, pour into kulfi moulds, freeze them for a couple of hours to set, remove in a plate, garnish with chocolate chips and chocolate semia, serve at once.
