STUFFED GREEN CHILLI PAKORAS WITH PANEER

INGREDIENTS

besan  100 gm
ajwain  1/2 tsp
salt to taste
chilli pdr.  1/2 tbsp or less
haldi  1/2 tsp
rice flour  1 tbsp
mix all this with enough water to make a thick batter

for stuffing
paneer crumbled  1 cup
salt to taste
dhania chopped  2 tbsp
onion finely chopped  1-2 tbsp
ginger-garlic paste  1 tsp
amchur pdr.  1 tsp

deseed green fat chillies as needed
put enough stuffing in each
dip each chilli in batter, deep fry in hot oil till light brown
drain well, serve hot with sweet date-tamarind chutney
