CRUNCHY TOFU

INGREDIENTS

firm tofu  100 gm
all purpose flour seasoned with salt & pepper pdr.  1/4 cup
cut the tofu into cubes, gently toss in the seasoned flour, deep fry in hot oil
drain well, serve with Malaysian rice ( see my previous recipe)
