papaya smoothie

ingredients

papaya cut  1 1/2 cups
milk  3/4 cup
curd  2 tbsp
sugar  2 tbsp or to taste
crushed ice as needed

crush all together in a blender and serve chilled with a mint leaf to add colour.

papaya has so many nutrient, helps in digestion, rich in vitamins, this will make a good, healthy, refreshing drink for breakfast.
