Ingredients
METHOD
Deep fry 400 gm French fries till golden & crisp.
Heat oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp each of
chopped ginger & garlic, 2 tbsp chopped spring onion bulbs &
sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add 1½ tbsp red chili sauce, 1 tsp red
chili flakes, salt to taste, a pinch of sugar, 2 tsp honey & mix
well.
Add fried French fries & mix till well combined. Add ¼ cup spring onion greens & mix.
Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
