Crispy, thin, mildly sweet dessert prepared especially during Holi festival.
INGREDIENTS
ripe bananas 2
sugar 1/2 cup
maida 1 cup
sooji/rava 1/2 cup
milk 1 1/2 cups
cardamom pdr 1/4 tsp
ghee for frying
➡ Steps :-
1. In a bowl peel off 2 ripe bananas
2. Add ½ cup Sugar. Mix well with banana
3. Once Sugar dissolves completely add 1 cup Maida, ½ cup Sooji, pinch of Cardamom powder. Combine well
4. Gradually add 1½ cup of milk and whisk well until no lumps
5. Cover and rest the batter for 2-3 hours
6. After 2 hours, if needed add some more milk to adjust the consistency of the batter
7. Heat 4 tbsp Ghee in a kadhai
8. Pour ladleful of batter in hot ghee
9. Once bottom turns golden turn and fry on other side
10. When Pua turns golden brown squeeze off excess oil and place on tissue paper
11. Serve it warm or cold and Enjoy!!.
