INGREDIENTS
besan . chickpea flour 1/2 cup
almond flour 1/2 cup
coriander leaves 2 tbsp finely chopped
green chilies to taste finely chopped
salt to taste
ghee for shallow frying
PREPARATIONS
mix all the ingredients except ghee to a smooth batter
heat a pan, add little ghee, spread it around
make small pancakes, just adding a small ladleful, once cooked down, turn and cook till brown on both sides.
serve hot with a summer cooler drink( see my next post, thanks).
