Home-made Mango Ice-cream

 INGREDIENTS

ripe mangoes 750 gm

sweetened whipped cream   1 1/2 cups

condensed milk 1 cup

mango essence 1 tsp ( optional)


Preparations

cut mango into small pieces, reserve 2 tbsp, make puree with the rest of the pieces.

in a big bowl whisk the cream till it forms a peak.

add  condensed milk and mix it gently.

once it is well mixed add mango puree, reserving 2 tbsp to decorate on top.

mix gently and then pour into a container with a lid.

sprinkle mango pieces on top, mix it gently.

last spread the puree on top, give it a swirl with your knife or spoon so that it forms a nice pattern.

tightly close the lid, freeze it for 5 hours.

Enjoy your yummy, healthy mango ice-cream, without any artificial element in it.
