Kathuhasa is the name the name derived from its ingredients,
Ka_kadalai maavu
thu _thuppa means nei/ ghee
ha_haalu, milk
sa_sakkare, sugar.
So here's kathuhasa melt in mouth texture.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup besan
2 cups ghee
3 cups milk preferably full cream milk.
4 cups sugar, you can reduce to 3 1/2 cups I added only 3 1/4th
Little kesar soaked in milk and cardamom powder
PREPARATIONS
Mix besan and ghee in kadai.
Fry for 5-6minutes.
Now add rest of ingredients keep stirring on low medium heat.
Keep stirring until it gets frothy and leaves sides.
Now pour in greased plate make pieces when cooled half way.
Enjoy the dual taste of Mysore pak and paal khova.
