Corn soup

INGREDIENTS

butter 2 tbsp

ginger grated 1 tsp

onion finely chopped 1 big

green chilies to taste finely chopped

corn 2 cups

 vegetable stock  2-3 cups OR water

salt to taste


METHOD

In a pan, heat butter, ginger, green chilies fry for a minute, add onion wee bit salt fr till transparent

add corn and vegetable stock, cover and cook till done.

with a hand blender, blend it coarse or in a mixer when slightly cool not a smooth paste

if too thick, add some more stock or water, turmeric powder cook till it boils

it is a thick soup, serve with bread toast/popcorn .
