Stuffed packets

INGREDIENTS

Water 95 ml

Salt 2 ½ tsp mix well

Flour 1 cup /1 50 gm 

spring onion chopped 1 cup

grated cheese as desired 

flour 1/4 cup + 1/4 cup cornflour

salted butter 20 gm

shallow fry- oil/ ghee


METHOD

Mix together t water and salt, add flour to make a soft dough, cover and rest for 10 minutes

Divide into 4 parts, roll and cover them again

Chop green onions, add a pinch of baking soda, mix well

¼ cup flour + ¼ cup cornstarch- sprinkle this mixture to roll out the dough into big roti

Put one roti on top of another sprinkle the dry mixture on each as you stack sprinkle the mixture of cornstarch and flour and roll all together into 28 cm roti and then you can separate them

20 gm salted butter, microwave for 15 seconds

Brush it on a roti, sprinkle spring onion and cheese, fold from two sides ( 1/3) brush some butter on top, fold like a packet each, shallow fry.

NOTE- you may add any vegetable of your choice along with cheese/ paneer..
