INGREDIENTS
jackfruit seeds 2 cups
garlic 6-7 pearls
red chilies 6-7
green chilies 2 chopped fine
onion 2-3 chopped fine
salt to taste
mustard oil 5-6 tsp
METHOD
in a pan roast red chilies well, keep aside
add 4-5 glasses of water, once it boils, add the jackfruit seeds, let it cook well
drain, remove the skin of the seeds and keep aside
in a mixer jar, first coarsely powder red chilies, keep aside
in the mixer jar add garlic, cooked seeds, grind coarsely
take it out in a big bowl, add rest of the ingredients mix well, add some chopped coriander leaves, last add mustard oil, mix well, serve as a salad or accompaniment to roti, or dal rice.
