Pyazz-malai sabzi / Onion-cream gravy

 INGREDIENTS

onion sliced 1 cup

tomato sliced 1

turmeric pdr 1 tsp

red chili prd 1 tsp

dhania pdr 1 tsp

garam masala pdr 1 tsp

ghee 1 tbsp

salt to taste 

jeera 1/2 tsp

fresh cream 1/2 cup

coriander leaves

 

METHOD

in a kadai/ pan, heat ghee , add jeera, once it crackles add onion, little salt and let it fry on low flame stirring often to light brown

add tomato, fry for 2 minutes, add the dry masala pdr, mix well, fry for 3 minutes

add little water, let it cook, add malai, salt to taste, let it come to a boil, remove, garnish with dhania and serve hot.
