Oatmeal Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients:

½ cup cooked oat, refrigerated until cold 
½ cup  yoghurt
Seasonal berries of your choice or banana/ apple
you can drizzle some honey in between the layers and also on top, also sprinkle some nuts to make it healthier
METHOD
Place ¼ cup  yoghurt at the bottom of a glass. Top with ¼ cup oatmeal and then top the oatmeal with a handful of fresh berries. Repeat one more time and enjoy!
