Chocolaty Overnight Oats? hot one for asthmatics

This no-cook healthy breakfast comes together in a flash, thanks to some easy prep work the night before.
Ingredients:
Makes 1 serving
1/2 c. old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 c. almond milk (regular milk will also work)
1 heaping spoonful dark chocolate cocoa powder
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 packet or 1 tsp. sweetener (such as Stevia, Splenda or sugar), optional
½ frozen banana, sliced
Directions:
Combine oatmeal and sweetener in a container, cover, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, stir up oatmeal mixture. Top with frozen banana slices, stir, and enjoy! Note: You may stir in more milk in the morning until your desired consistency is achieved.

ps- those who like to have it hot, as asthmatics shouldn't have anything cold, in the morning, cook oats using milk, use sugar/ sugar substitute, add banana/ apple/ dates, nuts and enjoy it warm/ hot with dark chocolate powder if your prefer. This is what I've most mornings ! it is very filling, lots of fibre, I also combine with some ragi powder, as it is rich in iron and calcium !
