Vanilla and Banana Smoothie

 Create an outstanding yogurt drink by combining 1/3 cup sliced banana, 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, and 1 handful ice, and blending the mixture until smooth.


Perfect filling smoothie to keep you going till noon. Better to add some nuts and dates to make it more nutritious, with more fiber, protein and iron.
