Ingredients and Preparations
whole wheat flour dough
potatoes boiled, mashed, seasoned with salt, chili pdr
ghee, chili pdr, chaat masala
paneer crumbled and seasoned
onion chopped with coriander leaves
ghee to cook
roll out the roti into a circle make a cut like a radius, from middle to one corner
place a small round piece of potato there, above that mix ghee with chili pdr and masala spread
next to it put some paneer mixture, below that onion
fold the potato over the masala mix, then fold over the paneer and last over the onion, you'll get a small triangle. press well, roll it into a bigger triangle
cook on a hot tawa with ghee, serve hot with some chutney, pickle and curd !
