Ingredients and Preparations
suji 1 cup
sabudana 1/2 cup
powder both together
add curd 1/2 cup
salt to taste, mix and keep aside covered
grind together
coriander leaves 1/2 cup with stem
peanuts 1 tbsp
curd 1/4 cup
ginger 1 tsp
salt little
sugar 1 tsp
green chilies 2-3 chopped as per taste
add the paste to the suji mixture
add 1 potato peeled and grated
carrot 1 grated
peanut pdr 1/4 cup
coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
green chili-ginger paste 1 tsp
mix all well
Add ghee in a pan, add hing, sprinkle 1-2 tsp sesame seeds, pour the batter on top
cook in medium flame covered
after 3-4 minutes, flip over add some ghee, cover and cook till crisp
hot crisp handvo ready to serve with green chutney.
