Samba wheat dosa

 Ingredients and preparations

samba broken 8 wheat 1 cup

black urad dal 1/2 cup

methi/ fenugreek seeds 1 tsp

wash well a couple of times and soak  with enough water, cover and keep for 8 hours

grind to a fine paste adding water and salt as needed.\

the batter should be think like dosa batter, cover and let it rest for 4-5 hours.

The batter will ferment, mix well, if need be add some water

heat a tawa, smear little oil, spread batter to make as thin dosa as possible

let it cook crisp on both sides, serve hot with coconut chutney.
