Ingredients and prep
kambu 1 cup
urad dal 1/4 cup
methi seeds 1 tsp
wash and soak well for 10 hours
drain, put the grains in the mixer jar add enough water to make a smooth dosa batter, add salt, mix well.
the batter must ferment for 6 hours at least, make dosa as usual, crisp dosa, by cooking on both sides.
